Congratulations to the cast and crew of the College Musical, The Addams Family, which was held at the Wanniassa Campus Theatrette over 19-22 August.

The show was truly worthy of the widespread praise it received, with some even going as far as to say it was MacKillop's best ever musical performance. The fact that people have compared it with the recent musicals of Seussical, which won several CAT Awards, and Mulan, shows just how solid a production the cast and crew managed to achieve.

The final product can be considered all the more impressive given the task at hand: in 2014, MacKillop took on a full Broadway production as opposed to the junior versions of recent years.

Congratulations to the large team of teachers and students who, under the guidance of Mr Tony Lazzarato, have provided a faithful, entertaining, and loving representation of the 'creepy and the kooky, mysterious and spooky' Addams Family in the College musical.
