House Charity fundraising begins

Ngadyung House Charity Week

St Mary MacKillop College has commenced its House Charity fundraising for 2022.

During Terms 2 and 3, the Student Representative Council will arrange a series of fundraising activities to support the four chosen House Charities:

  • Ngadyung: Beyond Blue
  • Mindygari: MacKillop House
  • Gurabang: Ricky Stuart Foundation
  • Meup Meup: Orange Sky

To begin, Week 16 was Ngadyung’s House Charity Week in support of Beyond Blue. A range of events were held to raise money for Ngadyung’s charity, including a uniform variation and the selling of pizza and soft drinks at both campuses.

Beyond Blue provides information and support to help everyone in Australia achieve their best possible mental health, whatever their age and wherever they live.

The remaining three Houses will support hold their House Charity Weeks in Term 3.

Thanks to everyone who got on board to support Beyond Blue and good luck to the remaining three Houses!
