With just a few days until the 2024 ACT Election, we are joined by Liberal MLA (and a past parent of MacKillop) Mark Parton, ACT Greens MLA Laura Nuttall, and Labor candidate Brendan Forde, who chat with us about the election, their policies, and life in politics. For the second episode running, we have a live audience of Year 12 students (many of whom will be voting in an election for the first time), who are able to ask their own questions of the panel. With politicians around, we are also (predictably) joined by the one and only Mr Lee!
We would like to thank Mark, Laura, and Brendan for joining us during such a busy time and we wish them the best of luck for Saturday's ACT Election. Their answers were engaging, insightful, and also very entertaining!

St Mary of the Cross MacKillop made the statement: “We are but travellers here, so while we are here we should do as much good as we can and live in peace with each other.”
With this in mind, the College respectfully acknowledges the Ngunnawal people who are the Traditional Custodians and First People of the land on which we gather each day. The College also pays its respects to the Elders past, present and emerging, and any other Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples living and working in the MacKillop community.
